Anxiety is a common mental health condition that can cause excessive worry and fear. It can affect daily life and relationships. Depression is a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, changes in appetite or sleep patterns, low energy, difficulty concentrating, and thoughts of self-harm or suicide.

Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings, including periods of mania and depression. It can affect a person’s energy levels, mood, and ability to function. Symptoms of bipolar disorder can vary, but they often include periods of elevated mood, increased energy, racing thoughts (mania), alternating with periods of low mood, loss of interest, and decreased energy (depression).

PTSD stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. It is a mental health condition that can develop after a person experiences or witnesses a traumatic event. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety, and avoidance of triggers related to the traumatic event.

ADHD stands for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects both children and adults. People with ADHD may have difficulty paying attention, being easily distracted, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.
